The voyage starts the moment you book

More than a cruise. A journey.

The Visibility Voyage isn't only the week on board. From the day you book, you're part of a community of speakers and experts who are growing their visibility together, and by the time we sail you'll already know the faces on deck.

01

Your voyage begins

The moment you book your cabin, you're on board. No waiting until October 2027 to start getting value.

02

Your welcome on board call

An onboarding call to welcome you, show you everything that's coming and introduce you to your fellow voyagers.

03

Networking meetings

Regular get-togethers in the months before we sail, so the community grows long before anyone steps on the ship.

04

Visibility masterclasses

Sessions you're invited to that are all about visibility, and pre-cruise events that may include a virtual summit.

05

Together in Barcelona

Time to explore the city if you arrive early†, a networking session the day before we sail, and an evening meal together†.

06

A week at sea

Teaching, networking and plenty of fun, with four ports of call.

Travel with people who get it

What brings everyone on The Visibility Voyage together is one shared goal: to be more visible. To get on more stages, reach more people and make sure the people who need us can find us. We know what it's like to be the face of your business and to want more people to know what you do.

So this is a week to learn and grow together, and just as much a week to enjoy.

  • Coaches and therapists
  • Speakers ready for more stages
  • Service providers who want to be found
  • And the family you bring along
Which direction will you set sail?

Spain

One of the oldest cities in Western Europe, almost surrounded by the Atlantic. A golden-domed cathedral above the rooftops, sea forts, sunny squares and a waterfront made for a slow walk. Cádiz is also the gateway to Seville, for a day among its palaces and plazas.

Barcelona, together

Our pre-cruise programme starts on Wednesday 13 October, the day before we sail, so you arrive as part of a group, not a stranger in a queue.

If you arrive early

See the city†

Fly in early enough and there's time for sightseeing: the Sagrada Família, the Gothic Quarter, the old port and plenty of tapas.

Wednesday 13 October

Meet your fellow voyagers

The day before we sail, a session that's all about networking and getting to know each other, with a little teaching on visibility too.

That evening

Dinner together†

We'll gather at a restaurant in the city. Especially if you're travelling without friends or family, we'd love you to come and join us.

Feel invited, not obligated.

On board

Learn, connect and enjoy every day

On the voyage itself, we balance growing your visibility with the time to relax and have fun that you came for.

More teaching

Practical sessions on getting seen and getting known, taught by people who do it every day.

Real networking

Conversations over breakfast, on deck and in port with speakers and experts who want you to succeed.

Time for fun

Shows, sunsets, good food and the ports themselves. It's a vacation too, for you and for anyone you bring along.

Your home at sea

Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas

The amplified Mariner of the Seas is a big, lively ship with something for everyone: a buzzing promenade, great food, Broadway-style shows and thrills on the top deck.

The food

From casual bites to a night out: Jamie's Italian by Jamie Oliver, Izumi for sushi and sashimi, Johnny Rockets, and a bottomless brunch. Some specialty venues carry an extra charge.

The atmosphere

The Royal Promenade at the heart of the ship, the Schooner Bar, Boleros, the Bamboo Room, an English pub, and the Vitality Spa and Solarium when you want calm.

The entertainment

Original productions in the theatre with a live orchestra, shows on ice, game shows, live bands, DJs and a silent party under the stars.

The adventure

The Perfect Storm waterslides, the FlowRider surf simulator, a rock-climbing wall, mini golf, laser tag and an escape room.

Venues and activities are as Royal Caribbean describes Mariner of the Seas today and may change before we sail.

About the hosts

Meet your hosts

Steve and Jennie Eriksen The team behind EventRaptor

Steve & Jennie Eriksen

Partners in life and in business from the very start, with one shared passion: helping experts get seen.

Steve is an introvert who was once terrified of the stage. He built his own anyway, and learned that you can't be the best-kept secret. Now he loves helping solopreneurs get visible, get clients and let technology do the heavy lifting.

And Jennie? She's happiest bringing lovely people together and making sure they're seen and heard. Her message comes straight from the heart: visibility is YOUR responsibility. Because if they can't find you, they can't hire you.

Kay Suthar The voice behind Make Money From Podcasts

Kay Suthar

Podcast Monetisation Strategist and firm believer that your voice should be doing more than just sounding good.

Kay helps business owners turn podcasts and guest appearances into opportunities, clients and revenue. Whether you're launching a show, growing an existing one or sharing your expertise as a guest, she's all about making sure your visibility has a purpose.

Kay knows the power of starting conversations and building relationships. Her message? Don't just use your voice. Monetise it!

Because being seen is a great start, but knowing what to do with that visibility is where the magic happens.

Nicole Louise Geddes The founder of PerformerPreneur®

Nicole Louise Geddes

A performer, entertainment producer and entrepreneur who knows exactly how transformational stepping into the spotlight can be.

Having experienced the entertainment industry onstage, offstage and beyond, Nicole understands something many entrepreneurs overlook: visibility isn’t vanity — it’s a vital business-building strategy. She’s onboard to help you embrace the visibility opportunities available and give yourself permission to shine, because sometimes the biggest barrier to showing up is having the confidence to celebrate your successes.
